1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Unique Cricket (uniquecricket.in), including purchasing sports products (bats, balls, jerseys, protective gear, memorabilia) or using our broadcasting services (live match streaming, score updates, highlights, commentary, analysis), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from our store.
  • If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the broadcasting services only with parental/guardian consent.
  • By using our services, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • Our broadcasting services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Definitions

"User"Any person accessing the website, purchasing products, or viewing broadcast content.
"Third-Party Broadcasters"External platforms (e.g., YouTube, Hotstar, SonyLiv, Fancode) whose streams may be embedded on our site.

4. Account Registration

To purchase products or access certain broadcasting features (e.g., personalized match alerts, watch later lists), you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Sports Products – Purchase & Sale

5.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and specifications accurately. However, minor variations may occur due to screen displays or manufacturer changes.

5.2 Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices include applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.
  • If a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5.3 Orders & Payment

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions).
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal, Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • All payments are processed via PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.

5.4 Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India (and select international locations – see shipping policy).
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5.5 Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • Returns: Unused, unwashed products with original tags can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective products: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after return inspection.
  • Warranty: Cricket bats and equipment may have manufacturer warranties. Details are on the product page.

Non-returnable items: Customized jerseys, innerwear, opened balls, downloadable content.

6. Broadcasting Services – Terms of Use

6.1 Access to Broadcasts

  • Live streams and replays are provided "as is" and may be subject to interruptions, blackouts, or regional restrictions due to broadcasting rights.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or buffer-free streaming.
  • Some content may require a subscription or one-time payment (clearly indicated).

6.2 Geo-Restrictions & Rights Compliance

  • Certain matches may be blocked in specific countries due to exclusive broadcasting rights held by other networks.
  • You are responsible for complying with local laws when accessing our broadcasts.
  • Using VPNs or proxy servers to bypass geo-blocks is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

6.3 Embedded Third-Party Streams

If we embed content from YouTube, Hotstar, SonyLiv, or similar platforms:

  • Those platforms' terms of service and privacy policies apply.
  • We are not responsible for their stream quality, availability, or data collection.

6.4 No Redistribution

You may not:

  • Re-broadcast, record, or redistribute our live streams or highlights without written permission.
  • Use our broadcast content for commercial purposes (e.g., public screenings, gambling sites).
  • Scrape, download, or capture match data (scores, commentary) for competing websites.

7. Prohibited Activities

When using uniquecricket.in (both store and broadcast sections), you agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Post false, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content in match chat or reviews.
  • Attempt to bypass security, geo-restrictions, or payment systems.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our servers.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the broadcasting experience for others.
  • Resell our products without prior written authorization.

Violation may result in immediate account ban and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Content

  • All text, graphics, logos, stream interfaces, scorecards, and original analysis on uniquecricket.in are owned by us or our licensors.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8.2 Third-Party Trademarks

  • Cricket team logos, player names, tournament names (IPL, BBL, ICC events, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • Our use is for informational/editorial purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

8.3 User-Generated Content

If you post comments, reviews, or chat messages:

  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, or remove that content.
  • You warrant that you own the content or have permission to post it.

9. Payments, Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals (Broadcasting)

If we offer premium broadcasting subscriptions:

  • Free trials: May be offered. To avoid charges, cancel before trial ends.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via your account settings.
  • Refunds: No refunds for partially used subscription periods.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of uniquecricket.in is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Products are provided "as is" with manufacturer warranties only (if any).
  • Broadcasting services may experience downtime, lag, or blackouts. We do not guarantee that streams will be available for every match.
  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

  • Unique Cricket and its owners, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost data, lost revenue, or match interruption).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from products or broadcasting services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 6 months.

Exception: Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless uniquecricket.in, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your misuse of our broadcasting services or products.
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to uniquecricket.in (including both store and broadcast features) at any time, without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Non-payment for products or subscriptions.
  • Any conduct that harms our platform or other users.

Upon termination, you must cease using all broadcasting services, and any pending product orders will be canceled (refunds processed accordingly).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance (including match broadcast interruptions) caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as:

  • Internet outages, server attacks, or CDN failures.
  • Legal or regulatory actions (e.g., broadcasting rights withdrawn).
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising from products or broadcasting services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, State – e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra].
  • Grievance Redressal: Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact our Grievance Officer (see Section 18) and allow 15 business days for resolution.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at /terms-of-service with an updated "Effective Date". Material changes will be notified via:

  • Email (if you have an account)
  • A banner on the website

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unique Cricket.
